Eligibility (as on 15 November 2026)
- AM (General): Two-year PG degree or PG diploma in any discipline.
- AM (Technical): B.Tech/B.E. in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science & Technology, Food Technology Management or Biotechnology.
- AM (Finance): Commerce graduate, or graduate in any discipline with CA/CMA Intermediate, plus 3 years post-qualification experience in finance and accounts (articleship not counted).
- AM (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech in that branch (Electrical also accepts Electrical & Electronics).
- Junior Executive (General): Graduate in any discipline with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
- Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or Chemistry, with computer knowledge.
- Final year or final semester students are not eligible.

Selection Process
- Assistant Manager: online exam, document verification and interview (final weightage 85:15).
- Junior Executive: online exam and document verification; selection on online exam marks.
- Online exam: 202 questions, 230 marks, 3 hours, including a descriptive part. Negative marking of one-fourth mark for each wrong answer.
