Pay Scale
Pay Level 7: Rs 24,700 – 63,900 plus allowances as admissible.
Eligibility
- Madhyamik (Class 10) pass, and
- 3-year Diploma in Survey Engineering, or
- 2-year Surveyor ITI certificate plus 1 year of prescribed survey and settlement experience.
Application Fee
- General / OBC / EWS and SC/ST of other states: Rs 110 plus service charges
- SC/ST of West Bengal and PwBD (40% or more): Nil
Exam Pattern
- Paper I: Bengali or Nepali (descriptive), 50 marks, qualifying only (minimum 30%).
- Paper II: objective, 200 MCQs for 200 marks (English 50, Elementary Mathematics 50, Survey Engineering 100), negative marking 0.25.
- Merit list on Paper II marks, followed by document verification.
