Application Fee
- Fee: Rs 500 per application (online only).
- Rs 400 is refunded to candidates who appear in the written test (Rs 100 is the actual fee).
- Full Rs 500 is refunded to Women, SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-servicemen who appear in the written test.
Selection Process
- Technician-B: written test (objective, 1.5 hours, negative marking of 0.33) followed by a skill test of 100 marks. Shortlisting for skill test in 1:5 ratio.
- Drivers: written test of 100 MCQs in 2 hours (Motor Vehicles Act, English, arithmetic, GK) followed by a driving skill test of 100 marks (60 marks to qualify).
- Skill test is held only in Bengaluru. Final merit is based on the written test; the skill test is qualifying.
